Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- Capability to act with honesty and integrity
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
