Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- interpret instructions, reports and information accurately
- handle cash register operations as needed
- climb ladders if required
- safely lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- work in refrigeration and freezer environments and be exposed to common allergens
- able to remain mobile for the duration of shifts
- comply with all safety policies and report hazards
- complete all required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests with a smile and warm interaction
- help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping
- deliver fresh and abundant food and beverage products prioritizing guest needs
- uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards including replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleaning and signing
- support Starbucks Drive Up process by fulfilling digital orders accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food following recipe specifications
