Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times
- Capability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Ability to climb ladders and lift products up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions including refrigeration and freezer environments
- Ability to remain mobile and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Compliance with safety policies and reporting hazards
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly and making eye contact
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain the execution of food and beverage standards including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation
- Produce handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Follow all food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital orders accurately and timely
- Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks in the Starbucks area as outlined in best practices
