Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages following established recipes and standards
- Engage customers with friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Stock and display merchandise, pastries, and whole beans accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training new baristas as needed
