Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information accurately
- Handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb ladders safely
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer conditions
- Capability to remain mobile for entire shift
- Willingness to comply with safety policies and report hazards
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and capacity to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and calm in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests promptly
- Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Produce handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food according to specifications
- Execute food and beverage processes including replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleaning, and signing
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process by fulfilling digital orders accurately and timely
- Maintain inviting and clean dining area for guests
- Follow all food safety requirements and complete necessary cleaning tasks
