Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year customer service experience
- Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to work second shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Knowledge of Starbucks products and beverages preferred
- Ability to work second shift hours including rotating weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- City of Ft. Worth Food Handler’s Card
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing prompt service
- Prepare quality beverages and products according to Starbucks standards
- Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment
- Process transactions accurately through the cash register
- Maintain daily cash drawer with accuracy
- Set up equipment and service area for operation
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
