Job Requirements
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends holidays and peak shopping times
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within established timeframes
- must be able to stand for extended periods and remain mobile during shifts
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- access to all areas of the building and ability to climb ladders if needed
- capacity to work in refrigeration and freezer environments and exposure to varying temperatures
- willingness to adhere to all safety policies and food safety guidelines
- ability to handle cash register operations and use handheld technology equipment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a friendly inviting atmosphere
- prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and quality food items according to recipe cards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks space including cleaning and sanitation tasks
- ensure food safety compliance by monitoring temperatures and handling food properly
- restock and replenish products to maintain availability and freshness
- assist with Starbucks drive-up order fulfillment ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- support team efforts and respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
