Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to Starbucks standards
- engage with customers to provide personalized and friendly service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- assist in stocking and merchandising products including pastries and whole beans
- handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- participate in training and development opportunities
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
