Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Able to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a memorable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
Assist with stocking and merchandising of food items and coffee products
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee service area
