Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in environments including refrigeration and freezer temperatures and where common allergens may be present
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing certain job duties
- Ability to remain mobile for duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and delivering commitments
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for smooth shopping
- Uphold and maintain execution of food and beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing and storing products
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
