Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea beverages preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages
- Greet and interact with customers to provide personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
- Stock merchandise and food items and assist in inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines during food and beverage preparation
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming community atmosphere
