This opportunity is for a Starbucks Barista position located at the SAFE CREDIT UNION CONVENTION CENTER. The role offers flexible employment options including full-time or part-time schedules with varying shifts and days, designed to accommodate open availability preferences. The hourly wage is set at $21.00, providing competitive compensation for those passionate about customer service and craft beverage preparation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer interactions while expertly preparing a range of Starbucks beverages, both hot and cold. The position includes welcoming all customers with a friendly and personalized approach, quickly serving beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies made to client specifications.

As a Starbucks Barista within Sodexo Live, you will contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring swift delivery of all drinks and food items. Your responsibilities also encompass educating customers on menu offerings and actively promoting suggested sales. Additionally, you will organize the coffee cart or bar supplies attractively, keep coffee machines and preparation areas clean, and manage cash transactions accurately in line with company protocols. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to walk or stand for extended periods exceeding eight hours in some shifts, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds. Attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
