Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Assist with food and pastry offerings
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport
- Stock and replenish merchandise and whole beans
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
