Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and company policies

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- Stock and replenish merchandise and supplies as needed
- Engage with customers to build community connections
- Follow company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations
