Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- interpret instructions, reports and information
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders if needed
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures and exposure to allergens
- capable of working in varying temperatures and elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- work both independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on greeting commitments
- help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
