Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments including refrigeration and freezer conditions

Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and adherence to multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the welcome commitments
- Greet guests with a friendly smile, eye contact, or wave
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining food and beverage quality, freshness, and safety
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food delivery, replenishment, instocks, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Stay aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks
- Follow Target and Starbucks routines to ensure consistent guest experience and food safety
- Support Starbucks Drive-Up process for accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift
- Engage with guests to exceed Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Follow all food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
- Complete and record cleaning tasks as per best practices
- Identify and process damaged, recalled or expired items
- Ensure accurate in-stocks with store-initiated orders
- Follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- Execute sampling best practices
- Complete required training and certifications related to Starbucks product quality control
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- Work safely complying with policies, best practices, and training
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-Up complying with relevant regulations
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
