Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer environments
- Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Must comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly resolve guest questions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant product during all hours of operation
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting and clean dining area for guests
- Follow all food safety requirements and complete necessary cleaning tasks
