Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- capacity to remain mobile for entire shift
- accurate cash register handling
- ability to climb ladders if needed
- interpret instructions and communicate effectively
- compliance with safety policies and procedures
- access all areas of building to respond to issues
- ability to manage multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- work independently and in a team
- resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on greeting commitments
- help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, cleaning, signing and organization
- maintain food safety by following all Target and Starbucks standards
- support Starbucks Drive-Up order fulfillment
- engage with guests and produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- complete required cleaning and quality control tasks
- ensure accurate in-stocks and inventory recording
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
