Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for extended periods
- legally eligible to work in the united states
- capable of lifting moderate weights up to 25 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage service is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- eagerness to learn and adapt
- capacity to work well in a team setting
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers to create a welcoming environment
- prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- assist in opening and closing the store as needed
- stock and replenish products including pastries and merchandise
- handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- promote and educate customers about Starbucks products
