Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Ability to climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work in environments with refrigeration and freezer temperatures and exposure to common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shifts
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft, helping guests find what they need, and ending every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
- Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product
- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver consistent guest experiences while maintaining food safety
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area throughout shifts
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
