Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to handle physical demands including lifting up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature environments including refrigeration and freezer conditions
- capability to remain mobile and on feet for the duration of scheduled shifts
- compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines
- ability to climb ladders when necessary
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks within timeframes
Job Duties
- create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly and providing helpful interactions
- help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
- support team efforts and assist peers in other areas maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve products
- produce handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food according to recipe specifications
- maintain food safety compliance by monitoring and recording temperature-sensitive items
- support Starbucks drive-up process ensuring digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
