Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift moderate weights
- Weekend availability required
- Basic electronic equipment operation skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Create ‘WOW’ moments that positively impact customers
- Assist customers with orders for various Starbucks services
- Provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
- Ensure quality service and product safety by following sanitation procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer questions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Build trustful customer relationships to encourage return visits
- Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
