Job Requirements

Minimum age requirements as per local laws
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is beneficial
Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is an advantage

Job Duties

Prepare Starbucks beverages and provide knowledgeable customer service
Engage with customers to create memorable coffee shop experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
Assist in stocking and merchandising of pastries, food offerings, and merchandise
Support team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
Uphold company policies and health and safety standards
