Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
- ability to grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
- ability to move through narrow or elevated spaces
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending and twisting
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- stock and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payment
- take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment
- obtain change required for expected business level
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies, secure bank
- follow all safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- read and verify information
- inspect tools and equipment for defects
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- perform other duties as requested
