Job Duties
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all operational, cash-handling, and safety procedures
- Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the café running smoothly
- Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training
- Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
