Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- willingness to work flexible hours
- comfortable operating electronic equipment related to bakery and deli tasks

- highly organized with great attention to detail

- comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment

Job Duties
- Create positive and lasting WOW moments for customers
- assist customers with their orders for various Starbucks services
- provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
- ensure quality service and product safety by following sanitation procedures
- respond effectively and efficiently to customer questions
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits
- stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
