Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preferred
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer customer questions about menu items
- Handle transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and company policies
