Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
- ability to follow standardized procedures
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to lift 35 lbs
- capable of standing and moving for long periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to health and safety regulations

- Hospitable customer service-oriented
- familiar with espresso/coffee machines and kitchen equipment
- proficient with computers and POS system
- ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
- able to lift 35 lbs
- able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- prepare coffee and beverages per OTG specifications
- provide hospitality and exceptional experiences to OTG guests
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system as needed
- provide suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies and reply to guest questions and concerns
- follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in service stations
- participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- obtain high level coffee and beverage knowledge to elevate the guest experience and skills
- sample coffee and tea offerings every shift to ensure quality and improve product knowledge
- restock and maintain food, beverage, and merchandise displays
- assist team members as needed
- inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
- inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- adhere to safety and food handling procedures
- adherence to local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
