Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Availability to work full-time or part-time between 3am and 11pm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
- Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Provide legendary customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Handcraft quality beverages following Starbucks’ recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and store environment
- Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures
- Assist with new partner training and provide coaching
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding store needs and partner morale
- Attend to customer needs by actively engaging and discovering their preferences
