Job Requirements

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to work in temperature environments ranging from 34F to -10F
Ability to work in spaces with common allergens
Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and elements including Drive-up and carryout duties
Ability to remain mobile during shifts
Must comply with all food safety and OSHA guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage standards
Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks
Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety
Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
Follow all food safety requirements including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practice
Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices
Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure accurate recording of inventory
Execute sampling best practices
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues and improve their experience
Complete all required training and certifications related to Starbucks quality control
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Work in a safe manner
support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as daily tasks are completed
Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their needs
Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
Perform all other duties based on business needs
