Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while staying composed under pressure
  • Flexible availability for varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds safely

Job Duties

  • Connect with and serve all customers with warmth and a customer-comes-first attitude
  • Master the Starbucks menu to prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and other drinks according to all recipe and quality standards
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer seating areas
  • Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed throughout the shift
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support operations and manage workflow, especially during peak business hours
  • Continually expand your knowledge of coffee and tea products to provide customers with informed recommendations
  • Follow all company operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and food safety standards
