Job Requirements

  • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to remain stationary for 75 percent of the time and move freely when required
  • Capacity to operate food and beverage tools and equipment
  • Ability to communicate with guests, employees, and management
  • Physical ability to frequently lift up to 42 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • Alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Food handling certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Physical ability to lift up to 42 pounds
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take orders
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Total receipts and collect payments
  • Request proper identification for alcoholic beverage purchases
  • Stock and maintain supplies, refrigerators, and dispensers
  • Replace soda and CO2 tanks to ensure continuous service
  • Transport soiled dishes and glassware to kitchen or breakdown stations
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Prepare food items such as pretzels, salads, and sandwiches
  • Set up and break down concession stands, carts, and equipment
  • Perform all checklist duties including cleaning
  • Comply with food quality, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Complete other assigned duties
