This position focuses on concessions and cash operations duties with a primary responsibility for greeting guests, serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down concession stands, and maintaining accurate operational counts. The role demands active engagement with customers, handling payments, ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked, and adhering strictly to food quality, sanitation, and safety regulations. Employees will work in dynamic, guest-facing environments like concession stands, carts, and portables at various events. The position requires staff to regularly lift up to 42 pounds, perform cleaning and preparatory food duties, and manage all elements of concession operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
