The Stand Worker role, under the direction of the Stand Manager, is an essential position responsible for the preparation, sale, and service of food and beverage items at live events held at one of Legends Global's premier venues, Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA. This is a part-time seasonal position offering an hourly wage of $19.76. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor while upholding food safety and service standards. Stand Workers must arrive on time, dressed in proper uniform, and maintain a clean and neat appearance. Their duties span from food preparation following proper sanitation protocols to responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and conducting transactions accurately using Point of Sale systems. They engage guests positively and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience. Stand Workers also support operational needs by rotating to different service locations as necessary and assisting with preparation or cashier duties. Maintaining a clean work environment and collaborating with colleagues to close down and restock the stand after events is part of the job function.
Key skills needed include a pleasant and courteous attitude, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing consistent, friendly guest service. Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential due to the nature of live event schedules. - Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours nights weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with neat personal appearance
- Must always maintain a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Prepares food and beverage items using proper preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Uses all equipment according to safety standards and regulations
- Prepares food that meets all Legends’ expectations and Health Department guidelines
- Initiates transactions and acquaints guests with menu items using suggestive selling techniques
- IDs all guests and serves alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Totals and assembles guest’s orders receives payment and completes transactions accurately
- Uses Point of Sale equipment correctly and accurately
- Ends transactions in a positive way
- Maintains high standards of friendly guest service
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Works as a cashier or helps prep whenever needed
- Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean
- Works with other stand workers to properly clean equipment and organize stock at closing
- Performs other tasks assigned by management
