The role of Stand Manager at 7Brew is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Fort Meyers location. The manager acts as the primary leader for their team, cultivating genuine connections with each crew member and ensuring the stand operates in alignment with 7Brew's culture, mission, and values. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 with further potential bonuses linked to store-level performance, providing a compensation package that grows with individual and business success.

In this role, the manager will oversee daily operations, including training and coaching team members, maintaining outstanding customer service standards, and implementing efficient scheduling to balance labor costs with customer satisfaction. They will be entrusted with inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the stand to meet health regulations. Crucially, the Stand Manager will foster a positive and collaborative work environment through regular team meetings and development initiatives, ensuring continuous growth of crew members into future leadership roles.

The position also demands flexibility with work hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the stand. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets
  • Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement
  • Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and areas of growth
  • Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs with workforce needs to ensure quick service
  • Track and order inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment while minimizing waste
  • Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, and change management
  • Facilitate team bonding and development through meetings and events with Shift Leads and Brewistas
