The Stain Formulation Specialist position at Wilsonart, located in Charleston, is an essential role responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of stains and paints used in Wilsonart's manufacturing processes. The specialist conducts pre-booth quality checks of equipment and mixes paints and stains using the MaestroHue system under the direction of the Operations Manager. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to achieve rigorous quality standards consistently. The Specialist is also responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition, and supporting overall site goals related to production and quality.
