The role being offered is for a Tour and Stage Production Lead who will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of live music events. This position involves direct responsibility for communicating event details to the production crew and all relevant in-house departments, securing necessary passes and tickets, and preparing guest lists. The Tour and Stage Production Lead manages the production and greenroom staff, ensures band members have what they need to perform, supervises load-in and load-out of equipment, and enforces safety and staging protocols. They are also tasked with documenting any disciplinary actions and reporting them to the Production Manager, as well as executing post-show settlements per artist contracts. Candidates should be passionate, motivated, driven, resourceful, innovative, and forward-thinking.
The role demands a minimum of three years’ experience in tour and stage production along with technical knowledge of stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems. Candidates must be capable of managing multiple projects at once, making clear decisions with limited information, and possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Computer literacy, particularly with Windows applications, is required. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds and working in environments with moderate to loud noise levels. While a college degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Job Duties
- responsible for communicating the details of the evening’s event to production crew and all relevant in-house departments
- responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists
- manages members of the production crew and greenroom staff
- ensure that members of the band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s)
- supervises the load-in and load out of band equipment and rental equipment
- responsible for documenting disciplinary issues of production crew and reports actions back to production manager
- execute settlement per contract with artists post show
- ensure all in-house policies are enforced regarding staging, safety and show protocol
