Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to event sites
- ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
- ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist consistently
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
- ability to wear appropriate attire and footwear following company policies
- understanding of safety-critical communication
- willingness to work cohesively with teammates and supervisors
- comprehension of general industry terms and principles
- willingness to take on various stagehand roles
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of general industry terms and fundamental principles
- willingness to work varying stagehand roles
- teamwork and cooperative attitude
- preferred certifications include Fall Protection, SPRAT, or IRATA for riggers
Job Duties
- load, push, and move stage equipment
- assemble and disassemble staging setups for concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- operate specialized tools and machinery related to staging
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during live event execution
- follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure hazardous-free work environment
- perform rigging duties including working at heights for experienced riggers
- assist with audio, lighting, and video technical setups and troubleshooting
