Job Description

US Event Management is a full-service experiential marketing and event staffing agency committed to delivering innovative and tailored solutions that ensure your events stand out and stay ahead of the competition. With a strong reputation for excellence and a dedication to both clients and staff, US Event Management specializes in providing top-tier brand ambassador staffing for a wide variety of demos and promotional events. The company prides itself on creating dynamic, engaging experiences that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful and impactful ways. US Event Management values a positive workplace culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and the professional development of its team members, making it a great place to build a rewarding career in event management and staffing coordination.

The Staffing Coordinator role at US Event Management is an entry-level, full-time position designed for a motivated individual with a positive, CAN DO attitude who is looking for an opportunity to grow within the company. This hybrid role offers competitive pay, consisting of a base salary of $3,200 per month plus monthly commissions, making it a financially attractive opportunity for candidates seeking both stability and performance-based rewards. The position requires working four days a week with ten-hour shifts, providing a balance between consistent hours and flexibility depending on the event calendar. Specifically, the hybrid schedule includes in-office work Fridays and Saturdays and the option to work from home on Thursdays and Sundays.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of live events by managing the check-in process for brand ambassadors who represent various brands at promotional demonstrations and activations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that ambassadors are properly checked in, monitored for punctuality, and maintaining the proper presentation standards for product displays. This includes confirming the accuracy of check-in photos and ensuring that all event setups meet US Event Management’s high standards of professionalism and brand consistency.

The position requires effective real-time communication with on-site staff to troubleshoot any issues related to brand promotion, display setup, or event staffing concerns. You will also liaise with booking agents to report and resolve any problems, ensuring smooth coordination and event success. Your administrative capabilities will be utilized to document notes and maintain clear records on the company’s portal, contributing to the operational excellence of the events team. Candidates with a knack for quick thinking, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment will find this role particularly rewarding.

Overall, US Event Management’s Staffing Coordinator position offers an exciting entry into the experiential marketing industry, providing hands-on experience in event operations, staff management, and client relations.
