Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years old
- have the capacity to remain on hard surfaces for prolonged periods in both warm and cold climates
- be capable of managing items and materials weighing a maximum of 30 lbs
- ability to follow food safety regulations
- willingness to adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willing to make reasonable accommodations for disabilities
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in connecting with guests to offer exceptional customer care
- previous exposure to working in a fast-food setting is beneficial but not mandatory
- capability to follow food safety regulations and keep the store clean

Job Duties
- Undertake a range of activities including order management, burger and fries cooking, sandwich production, dining area sanitation, and ingredient prepping
- guarantee friendly, fast, and accurate customer service delivery
- comply with Five Guys cleanliness and neatness standards
- support colleagues through teamwork
- comply with all additional responsibilities as designated
