Working as a Test Conductor demands collaboration not only across internal engineering teams but also with quality assurance and launch operations groups globally. The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and advanced communication skills to effectively interact with management, design, and test engineering teams. Flexibility to support varying shifts, including weekends and off hours, and travel up to 25 percent of the time is required to meet critical program milestones.

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive compensation range for this position, from $161,000 to $241,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with additional potential benefits like overtime pay, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Employees also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, educational assistance, life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance programs. This full-time role operates on a 9/80 work schedule, allowing employees to have every other Friday off after working nine-hour days from Monday through Thursday.

Joining Northrop Grumman means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in aerospace. The company values innovative thinking, integrity, and collaboration, providing a supportive environment where employees can grow and contribute to missions that impact millions worldwide.
