Job Requirements
- active secret clearance required on day 1
- bachelor’s degree plus 8 years technical/military experience or associate degree plus 10 years technical/military experience or high school diploma/ged plus 12 years combined technical experience
- familiarity with technical specifications, processes, and schematic comprehension for electrical subsystem and system level testing
- ability to support weekends, second and third shifts as needed
- proficiency in excel, word, and powerpoint
- ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time
- ability to lead anomaly resolution and response teams
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree with 8 years technical/military experience
- associate of science degree with 10 years related technical/military experience
- high school diploma or ged with 12 years combined technical experience
- familiarity with technical specifications and schematic comprehension for electrical systems testing
- proficiency in excel, word, and powerpoint
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience directing test-execution activities of flight hardware
- understanding of clean room and hazardous operations protocols
Job Duties
- oversee the operational aspects of engineering tests including development of electrical test plans
- release and execute test schedules and procedures for all test phases
- serve as liaison between mechanical/electrical operations and program, engineering, and management teams
- support launch operations at facilities worldwide
- lead anomaly resolution and response teams for system level issues
- provide mission control room support to achieve project milestones
- review and provide feedback on integration procedures and test scripts
