Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years hands-on silicon validation experience with Keysight or Tektronix equipment
- proven high-speed measurement expertise including Tx jitter and Rx JTOL
- experience with test automation scripting in Python, Perl, or LabVIEW
- strong understanding of datacomm circuits and signal integrity
- ability to independently run validation tests and drive resolution with design teams
- effective communication and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on silicon test and characterization experience
- proficiency with oscilloscopes, BERTs, and other test equipment
- strong skills in test automation scripting with Python, Perl, or LabVIEW
- in-depth understanding of high-speed measurements including Tx jitter and Rx JTOL
- solid knowledge of datacomm circuits such as amplifiers, PLLs, and equalizers
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Develop hardware infrastructure for silicon validation platforms
- perform comprehensive electrical characterization of D2D subsystems and processor IP test chips
- support customer silicon bring-up and product qualification
- independently debug and resolve complex validation challenges
- collaborate closely with design teams to track progress and issues
- automate tests using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or LabVIEW
- document testing procedures and validation results thoroughly
