Job Description
Intuit is a leading financial software company dedicated to powering prosperity around the world. Renowned for its innovative solutions and user-centric products, Intuit enables individuals and businesses to manage their finances effectively and confidently. The company operates across various segments, including small business accounting, personal finance, tax preparation, and more, serving millions of customers globally. Intuit’s commitment to innovation is evident in its focus on AI-driven technologies and data intelligence, which continue to reshape the financial technology landscape and empower users with actionable insights and automated solutions.
Within Intuit, the CEO Transformation Office stands as a newly formed, high-impact organization that reports directly to the CEO. This dynamic team integrates strategy, storytelling, creativity, and execution to mobilize the company around its most critical initiatives. Its mission is to shape market perception and accelerate Intuit’s transformation into a leading global financial platform and system of intelligence. The office houses diverse functions—ranging from communications to narrative development to creative events—ensuring that the company’s vision is effectively communicated both internally and externally to customers, media, investors, and other stakeholders. This team embraces a bold future where customers are surrounded by AI agents and human intelligence acting in concert to fuel their financial success.
The position of Event Strategist, Mid-Market Experiences, is an extraordinary opportunity to join this vibrant team at a pivotal time for Intuit. As Intuit enters a new growth phase focused on the Mid-Market segment—a market opportunity estimated at approximately $185 billion globally—the strategy and execution of impactful customer experiences become paramount. The Mid-Market Group aims to position Intuit as a vital partner for larger, more complex businesses by delivering carefully crafted experiences that combine strategic intent with creative execution.
This full-time role, based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA, offers a competitive salary range of $169,000 to $229,000 and is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and a comprehensive benefits package. The Event Strategist operates at the vital intersection of experience strategy and business strategy. The core responsibility is to translate mid-market insights and go-to-market (GTM) priorities into experience strategies that are not only engaging and memorable but also strategically aligned to drive measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth, customer adoption, and market expansion.
Working closely with the Events Manager for Mid-Market and cross-functional GTM leaders—including sales, marketing, and product teams—this role demands a sophisticated understanding of customer dynamics, business growth goals, and account-based marketing (ABM) activations. The Event Strategist will lead design thinking methodologies to uncover actionable insights and employ storytelling and immersive experience techniques to elevate Intuit’s mid-market initiatives. These experiences range from flagship industry events and executive engagements to field programs and partner activations.
Impact is at the heart of this role. Beyond planning singular events, the Event Strategist is instrumental in designing end-to-end experience journeys that reinforce Intuit’s market positioning and articulate its value proposition through compelling narratives and demos. Measurement and continuous improvement are embedded in the process, using quantitative and qualitative data to refine strategies and expand reach.
This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with 12 to 15 years of experience in design thinking, strategy, immersive experience design, or related fields, who thrive in environments valuing collaboration, innovation, and a bias for action. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. Experience in B2B go-to-market strategies and familiarity with the mid-market business segment will be highly beneficial.
Joining Intuit's CEO Transformation Office means working on some of the company's most mission-critical initiatives, directly impacting how the organization shapes its future and market presence through strategic experiences. Candidates accepted for this role will enjoy the chance to build the future, not just react to it, with a team dedicated to creativity, clarity, and commercial impact.
