Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to perform dishwashing and other team-oriented tasks
  • Ability to follow directions from management
  • Prior experience in kitchen or customer service roles preferred but not required
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to the needs of the restaurant
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to perform varied kitchen and front-of-house tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Commitment to team participation and company goals

Job Duties

  • Manage back-of-house positions such as grill, shakes/malt preparation, fryers, and toppings
  • Oversee front-of-house roles including cashiers and shift leads
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Follow directions from Kitchen Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager including prep, cleaning tasks, closing duties, cooking specifications, and store organization
  • Provide outstanding customer service and legendary hospitality
  • Support team efforts by participating in dishwashing and other shared duties
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company values
