This part-time role as a Stadium Experience Team Member is based at the iconic AT&T Stadium, also known as Dallas Stadium, located in Arlington, TX. This venue is renowned for hosting major sporting events including the Dallas Cowboys NFL games and internationally celebrated events like the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Stadium Experience Team Member position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of these high-profile events by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting operational tasks.

As a Stadium Experience Team Member, you will be a frontline ambassador for BEST Crowd Management and the venue itself, dedicated to ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting attendees, guiding guests to their seats and amenities, monitoring event areas for cleanliness and safety, and assisting with crowd management as needed. Your efforts will contribute directly to the overall positive atmosphere within the stadium, helping to create memorable experiences that fans and visitors will cherish long after the event ends.

This position not only involves direct interaction with guests but also requires collaboration with event staff, vendors, and security personnel to ensure event operations run seamlessly from start to finish. Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary depending on local regulations)
  • hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred)
  • previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals

Job Duties

  • provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees with their needs
  • assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment, placing signage, and other tasks as assigned
  • monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with venue policies
  • answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to guests
  • guide and direct guests to appropriate locations, such as seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and exits
  • address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
  • collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • assist with crowd management, when necessary, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
  • adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence
