Job Description

ABM (NYSE: ABM) is a globally recognized leader in facility services and solutions, dedicated to creating cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environments. Established in 1909, ABM has grown to serve over 20,000 clients across various industries including commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues. With annualized revenues nearing $8 billion and a workforce exceeding 100,000 employees in more than 350 offices worldwide, ABM provides a broad range of maintenance and operational services such as janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, HVAC and mechanical, landscaping, energy, and mission-critical solutions. This expansive reach and diverse service offering have made ABM one of the largest and most trusted providers in the facility management industry.

ABM is currently seeking reliable and experienced staff to maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure the upkeep of various assigned areas within a prominent sports stadium. The role involves working in locations such as restrooms, suites, concourses, and other public or restricted areas throughout the venue. Employees in this position are expected to be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks as assigned to support the overall guest experience and operational efficiency of the stadium.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are entering or re-entering the workforce as no prior experience or educational qualifications are required, and training will be provided on the job. The starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, abilities, and geographic location. ABM is a military and veteran-friendly employer, actively encouraging candidates with military backgrounds to apply for this position. The company also emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity, providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The responsibilities of this role include maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as restrooms, seating sections, suites, and concourses; promptly addressing spills, waste accumulation, and bodily fluids using safe and appropriate protocols; and supporting crowd safety by ensuring walkways and public spaces are free of obstructions. Additionally, employees provide courteous assistance to guests by offering directions and answering inquiries, thereby enhancing the overall visitor experience. Staff will also play a critical role in identifying and reporting necessary repairs or improvements to building systems to supervisors or management.

Working in a dynamic stadium environment offers a unique and engaging job experience for those interested in facilities maintenance and customer service. ABM supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, career advancement opportunities, and an inclusive, respectful workplace culture. Candidates can expect to develop valuable skills in communication, safety compliance, and teamwork while contributing to a well-maintained, inviting venue for guests and visitors.
