Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- minimum six months related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- effective communication skills
- commitment to maintaining safety standards

Job Duties
- provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
- verify other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
- create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- uphold quality standards and maintain professional appearance and communication
- perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
