Job Description
St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, located at 9703 Collins Ave in Bal Harbour, Florida, is part of the prestigious St. Regis Hotels & Resorts brand, renowned globally for its timeless glamour, bespoke luxury, and impeccable service. As a member of the Marriott International family, St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort embodies a rich heritage that began in the early 1900s with the opening of the original St. Regis Hotel in New York by John Jacob Astor IV. Today, the resort offers an exquisite experience that blends classic sophistication with modern sensibility, making it one of the premier destinations for luxury travelers worldwide.
The resort is committed to delivering flawless service through a highly trained team of professionals who prioritize guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. This commitment to excellence is reflected in their renowned Butler program, which stands as the heart and soul of their new luxury experience. The St. Regis Butler services are designed to provide bespoke and anticipatory care, meeting and exceeding the unique needs of every guest throughout their stay. Joining the St. Regis team means becoming part of a global network that values diversity, professional growth, and a dedication to creating memorable experiences.
The role of the Butler at St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. This position is primarily stationed onsite at the resort, offering luxury hospitality services directly to guests. The salary and specific compensation details are competitive and aligned with industry standards to attract top talent dedicated to exceptional guest service.
As a Butler, you will serve as the ultimate luxury ambassador and the primary face of the Butler program. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized, creative, and original luxury services to guests from pre-arrival through check-in, throughout their stay, and upon departure. Your role involves close collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including coordinating Butler Valet efforts and verifying that support teams are prepared to meet guest needs.
Success in this role requires a deep passion for service, uncompromising standards, and the ability to anticipate guest requirements proactively. You will build rapport with guests, offer tailored experiences, and perform a variety of hands-on tasks, which include standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Your professional appearance, communication skills, and adherence to company policies will be paramount in maintaining the elite standards of the St. Regis brand.
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort prides itself on fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment where all associates feel valued and celebrated for their unique backgrounds and talents. As part of Marriott International's commitment to diversity and inclusion, the resort is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to non-discrimination on all protected bases as defined by law. Those joining the St. Regis team will find opportunities for career development, a supportive work culture, and the chance to be part of a globally recognized portfolio of luxury hospitality brands.
Overall, this Butler position offers not only a chance to engage in high-end luxury service but also to grow professionally within a company that is synonymous with historic excellence and forward-thinking guest care. You will be instrumental in continuing the legacy of St. Regis by delivering unforgettable moments and genuine hospitality to world-class clientele.
