Job Duties

Provide professional, courteous, and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to guests
Clean and set up tables, perform other food service related duties including general cleaning and set up
Serve water, bread, and coffee, greet guests by name when possible during meal service
Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure proper safety standards
Complete closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking, locking refrigerators and doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go practices and adhering to health and safety standards
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to managers and complete safety training
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak clearly and professionally, answer telephones with proper etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, respond to employee concerns
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
