Join the St. Julian Winery team as a Wine Consultant at our Troy Tasting Room, where passion for wine meets exceptional customer service. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you will engage with guests, share your enthusiasm for wines, and help them discover new favorites. As a Wine Consultant, you will lead engaging wine tastings, assist with special events and promotions, and maintain an inviting tasting room setting. This part-time position, offering up to 29 hours per week with weekend availability required, provides competitive hourly pay plus tips, a generous employee discount on wine and merchandise, and hands-on training—even if you have no prior wine experience. This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy working closely with people, have strong communication skills, and want to grow within the wine and hospitality industry. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer service is a plus

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
