Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware by hand or using dishwashing machines
- Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring proper storage and organization
- Empty and clean trash receptacles throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent slips
- Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment
