Located at 100 Coronado Drive, Clearwater Beach, Florida, this establishment is dedicated to putting the world on vacation by providing exceptional experiences to millions of travelers globally. As an innovative and rapidly growing company, Travel + Leisure Co. offers a stimulating work environment where associates engage in meaningful work that drives both professional growth and overall company success. The company strongly emphasizes hospitality, inclusion, and excellence, fostering a workplace where employees celebrate achievements and support one another while striving to enhance business and community connections. Their Clearwater Beach Resort is a vibrant destination known for excellent guest services and comprehensive resort amenities, making it a top choice for travelers seeking unique and memorable vacation experiences.

The role of Sr. Universal Marketing Agent - Team Lead at Clearwater Beach Resort is a full-time position focused on delivering exemplary guest services and supporting site sales operations through effective marketing and guest engagement. This position is critical in ensuring a high-quality experience for guests arriving at the resort, handling front desk responsibilities such as check-in and check-out, issuing room keys, establishing credit, and processing payments. The agent acts as a bridge between guest arrival services and marketing functions by presenting opportunities for vacation ownership sales presentations in exchange for promotional premiums. This role requires prescreening and qualifying guests, scheduling tours, updating manifests, and maintaining compliance with company and regional standards to maximize sales opportunities.

Serving as a team leader, the Sr. Universal Agent provides coaching, feedback, and support to other Universal Agents to improve guest engagement and sales closure rates. Delivering concierge services, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication among resort departments are vital elements of this role. It also involves administrative support tasks such as managing guest follow-ups, preparing arrival documentation, and distributing resort materials. This position operates independently within established company policies and compliance guidelines, holding decision-making authority on guest qualification, scheduling, and issue resolution while adhering to company performance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and meet a standard of professionalism at all times. Experience in hospitality or marketing, especially within vacation ownership or hotel industries, is highly preferred. The role demands excellent interpersonal capabilities to engage guests, support peer development, and contribute to team productivity. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, resort management systems, and communication tools like PBX phone systems is essential. Travel is not required for this position, and it directly impacts the guest experience, sales revenue, and resort operational excellence.

Employees at Travel + Leisure Co. benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, parental leave, holidays, volunteer paid days, 401(k) plans with employer match, legal and identity theft protection, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs. The company values diversity and inclusion and is committed to equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process. Joining the team at Clearwater Beach Resort means becoming part of a workplace where memorable vacations start with a memorable employee experience and where every day offers new opportunities for learning, growth, and making lasting impacts.
